  2. Provide a backup credit card that will be charged if payment is not received 7 business days after closing or if the closing is canceled.

    No, a home inspection reports on the condition of the home at a particular day and time.  It is not a municipal or code compliance inspection that would “pass” or “fail” a home.  Our detailed report will provide action and consideration items for your review.

  • When will I receive my report?

    The reports  are available via our Web site within 24 hours of the inspection.

  • Will you repair any problems or conditions you find for an additional charge?

    No, it is a conflict of interest for a home inspector to do repair work on a home he/she inspects.
